I just installed the vMatrix server manager 2.3.1 on an fresh installed Windows 10 pro build 1903 without any anti-virus or windows firewall software activated. After the installation i allowed cpaccel.exe in the firewall, restarted the computer, but still get the error “cpaccel has encountered a problem and needs to close”. I also see that i can’t see the client desktops in the vMatrix server. p.s. when i run the diagnostic tool, it doesn’t give me any errors. Please help.

Hi,
I have a similar problem on Windows Server 2012 R2. But the error occurs about once a week and there is no "Use WDD graphics display driver for remote desktop sessions" entry on Windows Server 2012 R2.
Where can I find this entry in Windows Server?
I have version "vMatrix 2.5.2.13727" and when i run the diagnostic tool, it doesn’t give me any errors.

The cause of this problem is that the system blocked the driver installation for security concern.
Please follow these steps to fix:
1, Disable "WDD graphics display driver for remote desktop sessions" through the Group Policy editor
-- press "Win + R" to run "gpedit.msc" to open the editor -> check down to find the option through the path of "Computer Configuration" ->
"Administrative Templates" -> "Windows Components" -> "Remote Desktop Services" -> "Remote Desktop Session Host" -> "Remote Session Environment" -> right click the option "Use WDD graphics display driver for remote desktop sessions" to disable it.

2, Disable the BIOS security boot
-- press to enter BIOS setup -> search for the option of "Security Boot" and disable it.

3, Reinstall vMatrix Server Manager
