Vcloudpoint device is requesting for recovery password

I tried updating my vcloudpoint device s100 version from 2.5 to 2.6 and it read error when updating the firmware, now am trying to reset it to factory setting but it is asking for recovery password. Please I need to know what the recovery password is, because I have not set any recovery password on the s100 vcloudpoint device.

The new batch of vCloudPoint terminals adds password verification when restoring factory settings.
The password is the last character of each segment of the terminal serial number, and is case sensitive. (eg: The password of A5-8QVC-2021 is 5C1.)
