BlackBox Zero Client S100 Incompatible Version on login

I have a login issue after heard reset BlackBox Zero Client S100, its showing an Incompatible Version error when i logon it login,
screenshot attached. please let me know what is the issue with my device and give a solution to fix this issue.

1. S100 firmware version: 1.0.0.14
2. Serial number: A1-8QTB-1860
3. vMatrix installed in the host PC: 2.5.2.13727

Hi Sir ,
We need more details of your issue,
1. What is the S100 firmware version?
2. Could you send the serial number of the device to me?
3. vMatrix installed in the host PC is 2.3.6 or 2.2.2 version?
