vMatrix Daemon Service not running

I install vMatrix Server Manager 2.8 on Windows 2016 Standard. Everything goes fine during installation. vMatrix Server Manager configured and clients are connecting successfully. After 2 days, vMatrix Daemon Service suddenly failed to start, resulting vMatrix Server Manager is not running on host. Seeking for immediate resolution.
