ihave 20 device zero client and vematrix server manager ver 2.5.2.13727 in offline mode (no internet service) and the device disconnect automaticly after a few mint...all serial number in attach file

Good day. When the client is enabled, only VcloudPoint is displayed on the screen. Does not respond to any actions, the authorization window is not loaded. Thanks in advance for the help. The video is attached to the letter.
