Hello, good morning i have a vmatrix server with versio 2.6 Which threatens 8 users to work with simultaneously my problem is Zero-clients fall out 2-3 times a day Please advise what could be the problem?

I tried updating my vcloudpoint device s100 version from 2.5 to 2.6 and it read error when updating the firmware, now am trying to reset it to factory setting but it is asking for recovery password. Please I need to know what the recovery password is...
