I have a login issue after heard reset BlackBox Zero Client S100, its showing an Incompatible Version error when i logon it login, screenshot attached. please let me know what is the issue with my device and give a solution to fix this issue. Thanks

i have 10 vcloudpoint connected to windows 10. when opening the internet everything work properly but when I tried to open any IP from local network (IP phone, local server web page, firewall....) all these pages not worked properly.
