vMatrixHostService service is not running properly – How do I resolve the issue

The Thin clients are not listing the server. But when I start the Vmatrix on the server I get the error:-
1. Error (See attached screen shot

When I also run the diagnostic from the Matrix manager I get the error : vMatrixHostService service is not running properly. See Screen shot attached.

Error while installing vmatrix manager v2.8, and zero client can not find the host

Hello Sir, what is your server OS? From the error screenshot you need to re-install the vMatrix. Pls try and let us know.

Hello Sir, sorry to late reply your message. Could you download newest version vMatrix to test: https://www.vcloudpoint.com/support/downloads/
Uninstall the old version then install the new vMatrix. Before you install the vMatrix should be disable the anti-virus and firewall.
